Wal-Mart (WMT) reported earnings this morning handily beating estimates but fell after providing guidance lower-than-expectations putting some pressure on retail stocks.
Eastman Kodak (EK) has filed a complaint with the US International Trade Commission against Apple (AAPL) and Research in Motion (RIMM) for patent infringement on their phones with digital cameras. We'll see if that amounts to anything.
