Yesterday marked what was one of the narrowest trading ranges in the last 40 years. Interestingly though, there was some good money to be made in select stocks, like RIMM which mounted a successful technical breakout. Global markets followed suite overnight largely taking the day off.
Today is the 1-year anniversary of the bear market bottom. We've come a long way since then with the S&P 500 trading 70.1% higher. The bear has taken quite a beating this past year with only 2 pull-ins in the entire rally amounting to less than 9% each. Is the bear dead or just wounded?
